eneral Motors bought the Samson Tractor Co to compete with Henry Ford .They lost quite a lot of money over a few short years and that ended their tractor venture.

Had not heard of the connection between Samson and GM before. Picked up a box of old paper with this in it dated 1924. dealer was in Caro Mi. Was also a Chevy Buick Pontiac dealer.
