1958 Jim Dandy Tractor - need help

I have to get to the points under the flywheel. Can't slide the blower housing off the get to the flywheel. Do I need to disconnect driveline some how to lift motor out or is there an easier way I don't know about. Not enough room to slide housing off the front. It hits the front axle pivot nut that is welded in place. Not sure if there would be enough room with the axle nut removed as well.

Hi what make and model engine is it a lot of Jim Dandy's of that era had B&S and the points are not under the flywheel but rather on the side of the block below and aft of the carb

I agree with MNGB, before tearing ANYTHING apart, look a little below and to the left of the carburetor for the breaker point "box".
