What's wrong with eBay?

For several years, I buy a lot of items on eBay. Mostly, tractor and equipment parts and items.
All web sites I visit load in less then two seconds but eBay, 90% of the time, takes 30 seconds or longer to load any page.
Sometimes it can take several minutes and often kicks out Internet explorer--- IE windows 7. (stops working)
This only happens on eBay.
My popup blocker is set to Medium High.
Have any of you experienced similar problems?

I can remember way back I was using dial up and could buy and sell on Ebay. They keep adding more junk and pop ups I had to stop until I got something faster. I too have problems with it taking a long time to load.

Try it in Chrome or Firefox and see if acts the same.

If not, you may have a plug-in or addon hijack of some sort.

If that works fine, and you prefer IE, you also might try going into
settings and resetting IE to factory default.

Might be an issue with IE... I switched to
a different browser several years ago,
because IE is always slow or freezes up.

Ebay was working OK for me as of a couple of days ago.

I quit using internet explorer for that reason too slow ebay was the worst but others were slow too switched to Microsoft edge. But chrome
is good too hated the change at the time but it's just a learning curve and get used to something different

It was posted somewhere maybe 2 years ago, Internet providers were encouraging websites to add content-more pictures and stuff to make them
run slower. So they could sell 'upgraded speed.' products.
