430 case hydraulic problems

Hello
I have a 430 case with loader .
Hydraulic oil is somehow going from the front where the pump
is into the rear gearbox leaving the pump without oil and no
hydraulics . I have been dealing with this new problem by
hand pumping oil from rear to front, but this only works for
while. Where might this oil be leaking and how do I fix.

Either your 3pt hitch rockshaft piston is leaking it or you have a seal out on a transmission shaft,, there is also a drain off tube that carries the "leaked" oil from the piston back to the hyd sump that can crack and leak,,
