We have a 2017open station m7060 whe want to add lights to the canopy we installed where is the best place to tie into to get power? Alsothere?s a hot and a ground taped together on the right fender from the factory it hot when the key is on what?s that for ?

My tractor has the connector taped under the left fender. It is for the dealer add on rear work lights. The kits are available at Kubota and quite a few on EBAY.

Terry not certain about yours but most of the M series left rear finder has a hot when light switch is on taped off. Right fender has a hot when key on for bale monitors ect. Do not cut or drill on your roll bar just go there at the base of the left upper beam and pick up your hot on light switch and you will be on a fuzzed circuit. I do not like cutting into wiring harness , we use the small blue clips that just clip on the hot wire.

Just checked both sides are hot with the key switch on light switch has no effect .

IF that is so you will have to go to the main wiring harness right at the lower point where it goes out to the front of the tractor, there back of the engine.

we use the small blue clips that just clip on the hot wire.

I hope your operation is not using SCOTCHLOCKS SPLICE TERMINALS... They are MEAN and EVIL :!:

For now I took barrel connectors and hooked in to that hot wire by the fender and mounted a switch up by the lights. they are LEDS and only have 16 gauge wire so they are not going to pull much may do something later thanks guys
