I like your rock building, Russ. I've been thinking of doing a rock building also, to make use of all of these rocks everywhere. Any tips you know of now for building something like that? Also, I've been wondering if I dump loads of rocks in the low spots of the pasture, if it might act as a French drain and level out the big muddy dip where the water runs off and be solid enough to walk on while still letting water flow through. Might as well put those rocks to some good use.

It doesn't look big enough to shake out the dirt from the rock, bury the rock, and put the dirt on top. Wonder what it really is doing under the hood?

Wouldn't think much of it here, frost brings rocks up, so rhat is a 2 year at best operation. Seems a pretty narrow machine to do 100s of acres of field.....

Can see where it helps in small plots in areas.

Watching the movement of the dirt and seeing a couple pictures under it, it appears to be just a heavy duty counter rotating tiller with a presser wheel on the rear to smooth the soil out. The rocks are covered by fine dirt, and will come back after a couple rains.

That's why the English and Irish have so many rock fences. Each family had 12 or 14 kids and put them to work.

Looks like they scattered the rocks on top of a perfectly good field just for the demo! (or dragged them up specially with a spring tine cultivator! If you look carefully at the video, there are several places where there is hardly a rock to be seen in front of the machine or tractor! If the field was REALLY that rocky the blades would not last one pass IMHO.

It's pure BS.

Watch the video carefully. You'll see that there are NO BIG ROCKS GOING INTO THE MACHINE, while the ground all around is completely covered with rocks to the point where it looks like cobblestone!

Not really,,my friend that I helped is the KING,,I can take total credit for the little cottage,I did that all by myself,,mixing cement and all
