Wife update RIP

Some will remember my wife has been battling cancer. After 5 1/2 years, several surgeries, Chemo, radiation, colostomy. She took a turn for the worse last Sunday and went down hill daily since. Tonight 6-25 10:45pm she passed away. She wanted to die at home in her own bed and that's what she got.

Sorry to hear that but it is the way of things. I thank you for your help over the years. You have always done good.

Onefarmer, my wife passed away on 19 march 18 at 03:02. we were married for 16 years and we did everything together. The Boss and i rebuilt our Super C and M together and she helped plant this year's corn with our 460. I still grieve for my wife.

My deepest condolences

Prayers my friend, for you and your family.
It?s hard to give up our love, but knowing they have been relieved of their worldly pain
is of some relief. You will be together again one day!

Sorry to hear of your loss. She is where there is no pain or suffering. Praying for you and your family. Richard

Sorry to hear that. At least her suffering is over.

I lost my wife in 2004. Died from cancer and after a five year fight. At home in bed as she wanted.

Her suffering is over unfortunately yours is not.
It will get worse before it gets better but it will get better.

Interesting and admirable how many on here can be arguing over the dumbest of things one minute then come together like a big family when a time of need comes around.

Prayers sent.

So sorry for your loss, hopefully you can find a little comfort in knowing her pain and suffering is over. Prayers from our house to yours.

The positive values she shared with those she knew well, and those she didn't, will remain as a legacy. Peace. Jim

At least you were able to grant her last wishes.
But though the physical body might be gone i bet she is still there in your heart and the grandchildren faces . It will be a tough road for a time but if things get bad you know where to come. Take care of yourself and the little ones.

So sorry for your loss. She suffers no more and we can all know that one day we'll meet our loved ones again. My condolences to you and other family members. Kudos for being able to have her at home like she requested.

Onefarmer My sincere condolences. It sounds like your wife put up a valiant fight. You helped her pass on her terms. Feel sad that she is gone but happy as well because she will suffer no more.

Praying for you and family. I have a Brother and Sister fighting cancer. Lost a younger sister 2 years ago.

I am very sorry to hear that. My sincerest of condolences to you and yours. I can say from experience that she was and still is your partner and soulmate. She will be watching down and over you and when the time comes for you as it will us all, you will join her and be a loving couple again. And from time to time when you least expect it, a warm feeling will reach out and touch your face, cheek...it will be her reaching out, reminding you that she is still with and loves you. Trust me on that one, and it still always brings a glowing smile to my face some 40 years later.

Mark

So sorry for your loss, but there's a lot to be said for passing in your own home. You were able to do that for her.

So Sorry for your loss, My prayers are with you for your comfort. I thank God for the members on this Board. They sure do come together when someone on here experiences a crisis. Dsmythe
