Cooling system stop leak.

Have a friend who has been in the grading business for years he had an old D-7 CAT.that had a cracked head he said he covered the radiator up ran the engine until it got overheated pours that in the radiator and let the engine run for a while until it cooled off he said it would hold unless the engine got back above the boiling point ran it for quite a while like that.

It did not work for me,damn near ruin the radiator.
