OT Dead End

I had to chuckle when I saw this when we were out for a drive one Sunday afternoon. I thought you might enjoy the irony of this!

Oh, my gosh! Too funny.

As if the Dead End were not funny enough... then there's the No Dumping sign to top it all off.
 
The town here used to have a dead end sign
going to a cemetery as well. A few years
back they changed the sign to read no
outlet.
 
Pastor at church has a picture on the wall he took of the cemetery here.

In the picture is a sign that reads "City Cemetery".

Immediately to the left is a sign for the "City Composting Facility".

If you didn't know the two are adjoining properties it could be somewhat misleading!

Well in my neck of the woods here in Florida, many people move down here....................20+/- years before they die.
And with so many lakes and swamps there are a lot of roads that go no where.
So most of the dead end roads are posted as "no outlet" as the residents do not like the constant reminder of the inevitable.
 
My favorite along those lines was the "Dodo Funeral Home" in Hawaii. I wonder how many folks have suggested the obvious motto for them?
 
Actually 007, the weeds are tall because the residents just lay around all day and don't bother getting any work done. You were probably
referring to the fertilizer aspect.
