Hay off to plant beans

My boy sprayed roundup on the hay before he mowed it, to get a head start on kill to plant beans.
It rained 4 days before he baled it and 3 days after. Should be ready to plant when it dries a little.

What livestock is that hay going to be fed to? And who is going to eat the meat?

Monsanto recommends not cutting or grazing the stand until 3-7 days after spraying.

I've heard round-up is safer to drink then some city water supplies.
