I am sorry. but I see NO overly high-sided bank of dirt OR evidence of a loader full of dirt to facilitate a "roll-over" ?? Operator error??

Yeah, can't really tell why it flipped. Unless the back wheel found a "hole" or the bucket caused it maybe?
 
Remembered a story a guy told me he was on a sidehill with a backhoe and it went over. He jumped off and watched it turn over a couple of times finally ending up at the bottom of the hill on it's tires and running ! He had to run it down jump on and shut it off .
