I'll have to goggle kale; haven't gone to bed at 8 PM as far back as I can remember and that ain't very far!
 
Three old fellers sitting outside the nursing home. First guy says, "70 has got to be the worst. Every monring, I wake up and have to pee. I head to the bathroom, but all I can ever manage is a few drops."
Second guy says, "80 is worse. Every morning I wake up and need top poop. I go to the bathroom, and strain as I might, I only manage a couple of pea size turds."
Third guy says, "90 is even worse. Every morning promptly at 6, I wizz a gallon. Then, at exactly 7, I crap like a cow."
"Whats wrong with that?" chorus the other two.
"They never get me out of bed before 8:30."
