We finally got to use the Tarter woven wire unroller/stretcher yesterday. Great investment! We used it on the most hostile conditions possible, lol. Bumpy ,hilly , trees, mud, you name it we ran through it. If it works that good in tough conditions then our next section on a nice flat field will be a breeze! Too busy working to get many pictures. And for those of you who think that Grandma does all the work, picture proves otherwise. Lol! She let me drive her tractor back and forth to the barn for rolls of wire.

Good three point implement to have and use, I built one years ago but let it go with a 3400 Ford I sold two years ago

I built one may years ago that looked like that. Used it a few times and loaned it to a fellow and have not seen it since.

I built one this winter as my winter project. I based it on the Tarter design. I couldn't find anyone near me that would bother to get me a price on a Tarter fence unroller, so I built my own. I haven't used it yet but I will later this summer. Has to be better than fighting with a full roll of field fence... My last hernia was caused by fighting with a roll of 5' fencing.

The Tarter dealer network is terrible. We have a couple dealers near by , absolutely impossible to get a price. We got ours at Rural King. In stock. $350. Tractor Supply. $399 + 225 shipping in 3-6 weeks.
