4450 JD electrical issue

I have an issue with electrical on my 4450 JD. My a.c. radio alternator and ignition stop working when I need my lights whether transporting or plowing at night. I turn lights off and 30 seconds or so everything else starts working. Turn lights back on get same result. Anybody have any ideas on what's wrong.

Check circuit breakers under left side panel of steering pedestal for loose connections and evidence of heating. Clean/repair/replace as needed.

Also, the "cab relay"/"accessory relay" in that same area could be getting flaky and thermally sensitive.

I always thought location of circuit breakers/cab accessory relay as being in front of instrument panel accessed by removing cowl in photo.
