Ford 9n sitn mo spark

So running good and then quit and you immediately bought a new coil and put it on? So what made you put a
new coil on I wonder? Do you know that the old one is faulty or maybe just guessing and starting some place
in the process of elimination?

Probably need to clean your points! My N sometimes does that and it always needs the points cleaned.

started with distributor because of no spark noticed bad bushings replaced them reassembled and still no spark bought new coil and new points Gap the points according to the gauge that was received with them and still no spark

I was working on an 8n once and was having trouble getting spark. It ended up being light corrosion between the plate inside the distributor that the points mount to and the distributor housing itself. Verify the power and grounds with a multimeter. I believe John T has a trouble shooting guide somewhere if you search.
