Working on neighbors 5600 and changed hydraulic fluid and filter. I can't get the pump to prime itself, it just makes a whining noise. Is their something I can do?

Yes it was full of fluid. But the suction pipe goes up to the filter housing and back down to the pump. The filter housing is mounted up high just below the top deck.

On 3000 I owned the hyd pump had a bleed screw that one removed to prime. I wonder if 5600 is similar.
