TD15B Crawler / Bulldozer / International

Good day

I bought an International TD15B Crawler /bulldozer , It has problems with reverse 1&2 . I replaced all the clutch packs with new ones, also serviced all the seals and bearings , as with the torque converter, pump and valve banks, i still have the same problem .Is there any body with advise.
I also notice in the morning that it takes about 30 min to drive forward properly.

Hello from North America,

Try posting in the section for crawlers, bulldozers, etc. Someone may be able to help you there.

Herman have about 25 years experience with the international dozers. Very first thing we need to determine is what kind of transmission pressure you have. By it not moving until you warm it up sounds like a oil or pump problem. The most common problem a LAYMAN has in servicing one of those transmissions like you say you did the clutches, bearings , seals ect. it the actual shaft may be bad. There is a quill that goes down the center of the clutch shafts that will work loose and let fluid by pass. Right on top front of the transmission is a 3 spool valve, have you checked the functions of those spools. Go to the center port and get a pressure reading.
