Ford 3000 hydraulics

I had the clutch replaced on my Ford 3000 tractor. The mechanic said "I have to get the lift cover back on just right or the lift arms will not operate properly". Well, the lift arms do not operate properly. With an implement on the hitch, the lift arms only raise it slightly off of the ground. What can I Adjust to make the lift arms raise properly.

Well first to change the clutch there should really have been no reason for the lift arm cover to be removed. However there is a lever on the right side (sitting on the tractor)
of the lift arm housing that can be moved. If it is down move it up, if it is up move it down. There is also a flow control knob just behind the lever that may need to be
adjusted. Hope this helps.

If he replaced the clutch he had to open the
lines to the hydraulic pump.
Maybe he didn't bleed the pump afterwards.
I also see no reason to remove the lift
cover to do a clutch job.
Can you tell us more about that?
