The original subject was "Dual loader cylinder reseal".

I know this is an old post, but I'm in the same boat. I re-sealed one of the Dual lift cylinders on my AC D15. It wasn't leaking, but the left side was lagging and didn't appear to be lifting as much as the right. It's all back together with new seals, but the problem persists. Anything else I should try? Hoses? Pipes? Set it on fire?

Did you take both sides apart? The older Du-Al loaders had a problem with the piston nut unscrewing and coming off. Loc Tite is about he only thing that will keep them in place.

Any time there are 2 or more cylinders on a common circuit, the force will take the path of least resistance.

The cylinders depend on mechanical forces to make them operate together. Possibly there is some wear in in the bushings or something is tweaked causing it to not lift straight.

If there were a cylinder leaking internally, it would show as creeping down or loss of overall lifting power.
