Hi I'm trying to get my G706 running it's not stuck it
turns over so far and then stops..can some one give
me a call 651 226 1103
 
It MAY be "hydolocked" by water/coolant/oil/diesel fuel in a cylinder.

Diesels don't have much space between the pistons and the head and it doesn't take much non-compressible liquid to prevent them from turning over

Or even rodent carried debris.

DON'T try anymore with the starter, or by pulling it.

Remove the injectors and then try to bar it over by hand, if there's liquid in a cylinder(s) it should get spit out and allow the engine to crank.

If not, the heads are going to have to come off to see what's in there, or possibly the oilpan, if something's come apart in the lower end.

Could also be a stuck valve, but if you've tried cranking it with the starter, typically that would break a rocker arm or bend a pushrod.
