I could be off on the year, but pretty sure it's a 1920's Fordson.

The tractor is a Fordson the tracks are Trackson. The Trackson tracks were also fitted to IHC 10-20s etc

Still not what a Cat is. Drive train ,engine and roller frame is heavier on the Cat. The D-4 with the rear axle support bearing instead of the shaft in the middle of the roller frame was a big improvement on the Cat.
