I don't know if they're exactly the same but quite a few people up here (Nova Scotia) put those on
tractors that are used on snow clearing contracts. Sam
 
They might be great on some full time manure tanker tractors. Some large farms now haul liquid manure to fields in semi trucks then pump the manure to their spreaders.

My guess is they sell a lot across the pond where the farmers use tractors instead of trucks to transport
