Yes it is, thanks..what I meant was that I couldn't figure out how to attach PHOTOS to the email. Maybe everyone was being polite thinking I couldn't figure what a 3 point is! There was a time when that was true.
I will post some daylight photos tomorrow and hope someone can identify it. Thanks, John

This was a tongue-in-cheek reference to another thread from a few days ago.
 
I get the TIC. Another forum got me to an almost match....IH 200 or 263 2 row cultivator. Still can't seem to get a google picture that is clear, but making progress.
