There is a sale some where around Joplin/Springfield coming up of Seadig estate. Just wondering if has as much stuff as one of heirs has in Tx.

Wow alot of tractors was this all one guys stuff?Don't need another H but with good tires and price would've took one. Thanks for posting pictures and prices.

I was gonna go to that one, but i went to the one in erie that had the Deere 7520.

The Stanley auction bill finally came out, 80+ IH tractors and one lone JD D hahah thats gonna be a big sale.

Thanks for posting the pictures and results. It seems pricing is all over the place now. Some tractors will sell high at one sale and then better models of the same tractors will sell for way less at another sale close by.

I was surprised the IH 4186s did not sell for more. I have not seen very many of them and would have thought they would be more collectable. While I am not a IH 1206 fan I had not seen a Wheatland model and it seemed to sell reasonable.

Ha-Ha, Yes, kinda out of place. The first 4010 was almost an exact duplicate to the Moneypit 4010-D Dad bought December of 1968, except Dad's had a worn out OEM WFE with bald 11Lx15 tires due to totally shot tierod ends. Rear tires on his were 45 degree lug GY 15.5's which matched up with his 12-38 M&W duals with about the same amount of tread as those Firestones. Dad paid $3600. He got the matching 4RW frt mount cultivator for it too. He didn't get the NFE with Roll-O-Matic and worn out 6.00x16 tires for $500. Prior owner must not have owned a grease gun as much wear as that tractor had!

That HUGE IH 560 Payloader was a bargain, at least in Price per Pound! Quite a Beast, could have had a 380 hp DTA-817 or 415 hp Cummins KT-1150. Up to 40 TON 6.5 cubic yard to 12 cubic yard bucket capacity! And IH/Hough made a 580, even bigger!

I see that I made a boo-boo...The FWA tractor was a 1566 and it sold for far less than anyone thought it would..

The 560 Payloader had the KT-1150 Cummins which ran good...The runner-up bidder was a scrapper..

The auctioneer commented that Bob must have gotten a heck of a buy on the 4010's or they wouldn't be on that farm..

All one guys stuff and he kept some tractors that weren't at the sale site..I didn't show any of the machinery, cars,pickups,trucks,tires,tools-etc...

Nice collection of IH stuff. I like the 1206 standard. Rarely have auctions around here anymore. I miss going to them.

I looked at the Stanley equipment yesterday. Not knowledgable about red tractors but there is quite a selection being offerred. There is a yellow 4100 that I presume is rare. I see they reference it as providing "crab steer". I know that was touted on several of the early attempts to make big 4 wheel drive tractors but never understood the benefit. The fact that it's not around on current big machines would suggest it wasn't a benefit?
