Here in Southern Ind ,, My Cows are disappointed with the foot of snow on the 2nd day of spring .i live above the oh-higher-and higher river we seem to have caught the witches worst rite here , LOL . But , it is melting as fast as it comes, Thank gawd,..but its gonna be a sloppy mess,. if this were january. all could be fine ..

Is your ground still frozen? If the frost is already out that helps a lot to reduce runoff and improve soil moisture for the new crop year.

Ended up with 4 inches to the northeast of you, may have been more but it melted fast.
