This is parked out in front of the local JD dealer. My guess is it is special for the blueburry fields. They are planting them wider for the new larger harvester machines. This thing is 4W drive and very chunky. Top of hood is almost 6 feet. Look on the tire and maybe that is where it is made. Thought you folks would like to see pictures.

Looks tippy to me but it's a rugged little tractor for sure. I'm curious what's it's designed for too.

I find it more interesting that the Unverfurth Perfectas are painted green. They have been a very popular tillage finishing tool around here for years.

That is what I thought a little later after I posted. Thing is all of the wine around here are narrow rows. Also not that many. Lots and lots blue berries though. The track on this thing is 5 or 5 1/2 feet wide. Very narrow. The blue berries used to be narrower too but the past two years they have planted a LOT of new fields that are set up wide for the new harvesters.

Our local dealer has a couple, they make the 5083N look huge. My 5500N is a little tippy at 56in wide, can't imagine 47.

I see that style(many brands make them) all the time. I live in NY by lake Ontario. We have thousands of acres of grapes and the new style of apple trees. They're definitely not hill country tractors. The first time I seen one I thought boy that is funny looking.

Here is another thought. Couple of years ago there was a discussion about the specially narowed tractors to plow in Buffalo or such. Think they were H tractors. They plowed sidewalks. These are ready made. Ya think?
