Harbor Freight Batteries

In Harbor Freight and no replacement batteries for their brand Chicago power tools. Will try E Bay possibly. Down to one good battery.

HB has a website you can try too. I doubt for their price it would be worth paying to have them rebuilt, or even doing them yourself, but you could possibly rebuild them with a much better battery for extra capacity

Don't give up until you call HF customer service with your tool model number. I bought an 18 volt power grease gun from HF and no additional batteries were offered in the ad. I called HF customer service, they got me another battery.

HF batteries used to be really cheap too. The 12V batteries for a HF power grease gun used to sell for $15, while the same voltage and amp capacity battery for a Lincoln power grease gun cost $75. Both batteries made in china and the same capacity.

This is why I have a serious problem buying some American name brand products when they are made in the same factory as a non name brand product. My particular example is bottle jacks. The name brand ones can cost 2-5 times as much and they are not made here.
