How can I fix this tire?

Old, odd sized tire - 9.00-10 - 8 ply
Has some cracks but still plenty good for my purposes.
It has some cuts in the rubber on one sidewall. Didn't hurt the cords underneath
Photo shows the worst one. Is there something I can use to glue these back down that will last? I just want it to look a little better.
Thanks

I don't know if anything would ever make it stick down, but if I was gonna try anything,it'd be 3M weatherstrip adhesive. Get the black stuff in the large tube.

If you had access to a hot vulcanizing setup you could glue that back down no problem.

I like the suggestion of 3M weatherstrip adhesive. However, I would go one step further and take the tire off the rim so you can use some clamps and plates to hold the flaps in place while the glue cures. Looks like the rim unbolts so it won't be like you're fighting to get that tiny tire off the rim.

E 6000. It is some what flexible. I have used it to glue a coat hanger to a concrete wall. Stayed for years. Works on rubber glass etc.

you' gonna laugh or at the least roll you'r eyes, "shoe goo". that stuff won't let loose.takes about 24 hours to fully cure.

E6000 is very similar to Shoe Goo and plumbers Goop, and Lexel clear caulking. Acrylic compounds with continued resilience. Urethane door and window sealer (caulking) will also work. Let all of them cure for 24 in warm weather, or a week if cold. Jim

Had one similar years ago. Just washed it with brake cleaner and used black silicone gasket sealer under and around the edges. Held for about ten years on the tractor.

Tech tire made a product just for that type of thing but it has a short shelve life and is not cheap. Cat. #858. It is a 2 part rubber sort of stuff you mix up and then spread into the cracks. Works well and as I said cost a lot for 2 1 pound cans. I have an old can of the stuff sitting right here

I would use 3M 8609 windshield install urethane .
Clean well with lacquer thinner or equivalent before applying.

If you end up needing to replace the tire, Miller Tire in Ohio has them.
