My town has a very old family brewery, and is a very German town.

So they celebrate the German version of mardigras in a cold environment.

The. The brewery has Bockfest, which is an outdoor event on their grounds where they have some camp fires and beer and food and you can get a hot poker from the wood fires stuck in your beer to carmalize it. Typically it is the same weebut with the early lent they are holding the outdoor bOckfest this Saturday.

Never saw any tops come off, many years standing closer to the camp fires is the most excitement you can get. Was it Two or three years ago, the slower drinkers were having problems with their beer freezing in the glass.
