1963 Ford 4000 4 cyl.diesel w/select-o-speed

I bought a 1963 ford diesel 4 cyl. tractor w/select -o speed.
On its delivery it had a broken wire and fried a lot of wiring under the cowling.
I need an electrical schematic diagram to rewire it.
I bought a shop manual 1955-1960; does not cover my tractor?
My tractor is 12 volt positive ground!
Can any body help me??

If much damage at all, you would probably be ahead to buy a wiring harness, custom made for that tractor. haven't looked, but this site 'parts' may have one.

That tractor came from the factory as a 12 volt negative ground. If it is hooked up positive ground someone changed it.

'65 up were negative ground gas or diesel, '64 down were positive 6V for gassers, positive 12V for diesels.

The 6 volt were positive ground but the 12 volt diesel were all negative ground.
