update on the orange lincoln welder i built

the orange Lincoln welder came in yesterday for warranty work, antifreeze leak( turned out to be out of round reducer fitting) fixed the leak and serviced the welder. leaves tomorrow morning.

what make and model of welder sv. need the make, model, serial #. so you have grinder power for tools (grinder) but no weld output?
 
It try?s to weld but it just doesn?t seem to have
enough (juice ) for lack of a better term getting to
the leads . I?ll post a pic and model number
tomorrow
 
Man! What a fine job on that SA200! Thanks for the post! Miller Killer, indeed! Hobart killer does nopt roll off the tongue as well, but I never welded with any Hobart that started the arc any near as well as any Lincoln or Miller I ever used.
 
I don't think I've seen the finished pics of that welder til now. Wow! That is sharp. How many hours do you have in doing a resto like that?

usually have over a 100 hours on a frame off restoration like that one. taking it apart is quick, use the impacts, but going back togther is all by hand(very carefully!) so as not to scratch the paint. every nut and bolt is hand painted, the customer looked after all the graphics, the name Eugene on the front panel is in honour of his father who passed away 2 years ago suddenly. the owner is a very nice young man raised on a cattle ranch south east of here, him and his brother run a cattle farm tighter. his dad was also a welder.
