Kubota 4672 Backhoe Boom Cylinder

My kubota backhoe model 4672 has a badly leaking boom cylinder. My problem is, I can not for the life of me figure out how to remove it. It is mounted inside the boom and I can not figure out how to take everything loose and get it out without damaging hose fittings and etc. Also, the piston won't compress back into the cylinder. Please, if anyone knows how to do this, I would very much appreciate a detailed instruction on how to get it done. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi JM. I couldn't get the email to work so I am just replying to give you an email to send information to me through regular email. I am on EST so you better tell me the best time to call you as well.
