Looking for Oliver 1550 hydraulics information. Power steering and hydraulics don't work and did replace the filter. Can only get 800psi on the line at full throttle

Mine was only pushing 500 psi when I got it. Here is a schematic of the hydraulic system. Email is open. I have more I can send you but can't attach pdfs here.
