I haven't used that brand, Barr's is my favorite, have had good luck with it. I would read the instructions, and if it sounds like it might fix your leak, follow the instructions.

I agree with the Barrs. I once tried the aluminum powder seal and Porter seal, months apart, then tried the Barrs and it worked.

Yes, I've used that brand a few times. It does work. I used it on two trucks and a car. On one truck I used it to delay a repair, it lasted about 10k miles with a cracked head. Be SURE you follow the directions to the letter. Good Luck!

I’ve used K-seal with good results in the past on several things, never tried it on a cracked 53 block. Worst that happen is it doesn’t work and plugs the heater core.

I wouldn't waste the time or money on anything to patch a 53 block. 53 blocks just continue to crack until the crack extends almost the full length of the block.

I would spend $10.00 and ten minutes, any day to get me some time to get the right replacement.

My thoughts exactly I figure dump two bottles in let
it run maybe overnight dump it out refill with
antifreeze and run it . A 53 block is not worth putting
much money into but I think 20$ is worth the gamble
