Was told Ford N and or Furggy TOs Looking to buy but I dont know enough about this unit, question is is it complete and no missing parts.

It appears to be all there. A closer look would have to be taken at the gear teeth. They look a little chewed up but it could be a distortion in the photo. I just listed one this morning on this site. Hit the link.
