Anyone need a handicap lift for a tractor?

Anyone need, or know someone who needs a handicap lift for a tractor or some other piece of machinery? I built this a few years back for a neighbor, but he can no longer use it. He would like to pass it on to someone who could use it. You can either adapt the mounts to make it fit or I can do it for you. I should be able to make it work on most any kind of tractor or other piece of machinery. The tractor and loader ARE NOT FOR SALE! This is just the lift mechanism. Here is a video of it in use while I was building it. I knowit's green, but it can be repainted. So if you know of someone who could make use of it let me know. Also if you could spread the word that it is available that might help too. Thanks!

Wow Jon, that's some kinda impressive!!

Sorry to hear that your friend is giving up his tractor. Wish I knew of someone who could use it.

Jon, I remember seeing the pictures when you built it, and I was impressed with both the fabrication and your willingness to do it. Now that you and the original user are trying to find a new home for it with someone who could use it, I'm really impressed!

Thank you for the kind comments. This was one of my favorite jobs and very fun to do. And it turned out very good too. I hope it finds a good home. I posted on facebook on my page and a couple Case tractor pages that I'm on too. Please feel free to spread the word where ever you can so it can find a home. I'll surely help with adapting it to anything it can work with.

Jon- I also remember when you built that. If no takers, you could post on the AgrAbility website.....Midwest Land Grant Colleges... My hand clutch for JD 30-40-50 series tractors is on there....People really need those . Our local blacksmith made a similar unit for a disabled farmer.

BTW- since you drive now for TKI, and get to Cold Spring...and CS Bakery also has a stop on 2nd St. So in Waite Park.....check out their products- if you thought Nelson"s was good.....drool!

wow very nice jon, that is some impressive work, i'll bet it took some time with planning and fabricating, you kept it simple, functional, and convienent and easy to use. as my favorite comedian red green used to say "if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy" I am here to say you do qualify on the handy!! you have a great day jon.

I'm getting close to needing something like your handicap lift, but probably need a different tractor as well. Your pictures and video do a great job of showing how the lift functions, but I can't see how it is mounted. I tried to send you a private email, but it didn't seem to work. Is there any chance you could provide some more photos, plans, drawings, or ???. My email is [email protected] I tried to send you a private email, but it didn't seem to work.
