John Deere D

Several years ago a Neighbour of ours passed away. His widow has started burning old collapsed buildings. Her brother is moving anything of value out of the buildings before she has the big burn. He mentioned on his e-mail he has another five building to cleanout.

The 830 was on a Sawmill.
I can still hear the JD "R's" pulling 4 x 18" plough in Wheat stubble and see the flame from the exhaust stack late at night.
Non of these Tractors have ran for over 30 years. All engine are free as stacks were covered and tractors were inside.

wow i like that, i see your getting snow also, we have about 6 inches now from yesterday. you have more daylight also for that time of the day.

good morning bob, it looks like you struck a gold mine there, how many are going to be headed down the road to join the john deere d fleet? it's nice to see the neighbor cared enough about his equipment to keep them stored inside and looked after them. do you know what their plans are for them? looks like you got more snow than us, up until this morning even the lawn grass was mostly bare, got about 2 or 3" last night, the bad part was we had strong wind with it so the visability was bad for driving. take care and have a great day bob. john.
