I have a john deere 4040 with a bad motor my question is will a turbo charged 404 from a late 7700 combine bolt right in ?Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated thanks

Yes a 404 cid engine from a combine will bolt up. I think you will have to fabricate the throttle linkage but Tim or some other technician will know for sure.
