Back in the stone barn again

Happy New Year to everyone!
Back in the stone barn today while the roast beef is cooking in the house.
Just got a simple braket fabricated to carry the spool valves for the MF40 loader on my MF 135. Now the welding is done, it's off to the powder coaters again with the last section of the loader bracket. Then some re-worked hydraulic hoses, a 'quick connect' fitting for the tilt ram hoses, and we're nearly there!

I have a similar setup on one of my H Farmalls and on my M. Makes it a lot easier and more precise than just pulling and pushing the rod.

Just a suggestion.Get a set of John deere couplers, and a set of Pioneer couplers.Install one set on the tilt cylinder, the other set on the boom cylinder.Put one male and one female on the valve(tractor),the corresponding fittings on the hoses(loader). Do the same with the other spool. Then you can easily hook/unhook with out mixup and confusion of hoses. Plus, you can plug the hoses together when not in use to keep them clean.

Many thanks for the suggestion, but actually only the tilt ram hose couplings need quick connectors (I've got a pair of Sparex connectors ready mounted in a bracket).
The main rams are single acting, fed by a single outlet from the spool valve via a T piece, and the rams themselves stay with the tractor when the loader is de-mounted. They fold up and pin into the top holes on the loader pillars. Good idea to colour code the tilt ram connectors though, to remember which way round they go!
