It is our turn to have Christmas at our place so the Wife cooked a pork loin today. I got this old gas grill out of the junk yard and built a meat basket and cooked the first one and she took over ever since. Use baling wire to hold the meat in and cook it slow with no fire directly under it and turn it slow. For fuel we use charcoal to get the wood going and then mostly wood. I get the wood out of the fence line-mulberry, plum and apple. She has a recipe for the rub she puts on the loin and lets it age in the fridge for a few days. So we are having ham and the loin-I snitched some when she was slicing it and it is VERY GOOD.---Tee
