That's a beauty! We looked for years for one of those because that's what my Dad grew up on. Ended up getting a 44 2N,similar but not exactly the same.

Where in Washington? I'm about 30 miles south of Olympia.

At 5K its going to take a serious collector- I'd join the national club (inquire on N board here- they'll know), and run an ad in their magazine.

Yea, gotta agree! And most folks who would spend that much for a 2N are gonna want to look at it themselves.

That's better, a set of twins for $5000 ....... should have no trouble moving the pair at the same time ......

Sorry I offended you didn't intend to You're on one side of this country and I'm on the other. Didn't think their would be a conflict. Hope you get your price out of your tractor and don't worry about me ever responding to one of your posts again.

what would you say its worth 200 to 300 ? the small diameter gen. is worth 500 to 600 all day long go out and find one tires are worth 1000.00 did you pass math in 3rd grade?

Welcome to the internet where somebody?s uncles cousins nieces nephews brothers dad got a better deal on one just last week in better shape

Well grizz02 Your posting an ad in the forum. IF your selling some thing put it in the photo or classified ads.

As for your tractor and what it is worth. You will have pretty rough time getting any where near $5K in today's market. Yours would need to be really rare for it to bring that today. The money collectors are collecting tractors 30 years newer then yours now. The 9N/2N/8N are not selling for that much money these days.

Yours is a nice tractor. Call Mecums and see what they think it would bring. The distance is nothing. You can get a car moved across the country for less than $1000. Your tracor would be about the same. Mecums can easily arrange shipping.

I understand what you're saying but to get those prices for parts you have to part it out,and used parts even tires usually go for 1/2 new.I go to a whole lot of auctions and keep a close watch on CL and several big
trade papers just stating what I see.
