Built me a new new pulling hitch today!!! What do you think?---Tee

I have seen some weld jobs like that. LOL Some people should not be able to own a welder OR a torch. LOL
 
I used to be able to weld like that. When I was 7 or 8 and learning with 6011. If only we has a wire feed then.
 
A guy once told me "you need what I need more than I do". I said "whats that"? He said "A grinder you cant stall"!
 
I don't think that's a hitch, look's like a frame rail where the top A frame attaches. I don't have any idea what that mess is where the A frame should be. But I do know one thing if my dog was hitched to it she would jerk that thing off the frame rail. When I walk her people say she's strong isn't she, and I say yep she could pull a dump truck out of a mud bog.
 
Those bolts on top look to be upper suspension control arm mount bolts. Looks like it is powerful enough to need headers! ...Want a ride? No thanks I?ll watch....
 
I wonder what the bolts are supposed to do or didn?t they think of that while they were engineering it ?

Naaah, don't you know anything about front end alignment? Those are obviously the camber adjusting bolts. :)
 
LOL, that is funny. I just removed a glob like that from the frame of a Simplicity lawn mower, never though about posting a picture.
 
Looks like the only clean metal to weld there were the cut edges of the pieces. Maybe he was using a 240V welder on 208V?
 
At the race shop we would call that a dog t*rd weld,
Kinda looks like a pack of them got loose of the chain.
 
Grizz, my oldest son was an ironworker and can make a weld look like caulking. Me, not so much. He laughs when I tell him I have to hurry up and spray black paint on my welds to fill em in while there still hot. (Cooks in good too)
