Any one here familiar with a Kubota RTV 1100, our power steering stops working once the temperature drops below 30 degrees.

No I don?t but It sounds like you have water in your ps oil. I would get the PS oil warm and drain it then replace it with new ps oil.

That seems to be the problem, once we warmed it up the steering worked.
