The plan was to bomb the Silverstone into submission today. Apparently they had wiring issues and several charges failed and it didn't come down.

Let the continuing legacy of the Lions continue. Can't even have their stadium demolished gracefully.

Is that the old Pontiac Stadium in Michigan? I thought the Detroit Lions moved to Ford Field over a decade ago.

I remember wrestlemania 3 at the Silverdome when hulk Hogan beat Andre the giant! Funny I can remember that as a kid but now I can't remember where I put to tool to tighten high tensile wire..darn deer hit it again

Yup, they hope it will settle and fall in a couple days, but I'm sure the really big stuff is being taken from other jobs and loaded up to come in this week and go the long hard more costly way at it.

Typically they use the explosives to lower and to size the structure so the medium size equipment can work it up, lot more cost effective.
