Original invoice for a 1933 Ford Truck

I posted this before, but am still wondering about this invoice the owner's son gave me when I purchased the truck back in 1986. Was Hayes and Andrews a dealership or a company buying this truck for their fleet? The date of the invoice is 10/24/33, but not sure what the TW after the date means. I think Pontiac was the plant where it was made. Was 8/23 the date of manufacture or maybe the date of shipping and was it a rush shipment? Does Hill mean anything like the shipping firm? K12481 must of been the invoice number, but what does 1141314 mean? It is a V8 with a 133 inch wheelbase, Dual wheels, 4 speed, but I am not sure what some of the rest means. Thanks for any help or comment.

That answers the Hayes and Andrews question. Thank you. I have added a photo of how it looked when I got it.

Is the $2 charge for "Radio Program" an actual radio or is it to pay for the dealer's radio advertising?

That is a great truck!

(quoted from post at 12:51:48 11/28/17) Is the $2 charge for "Radio Program" an actual radio or is it to pay for the dealer's radio advertising?

That is a great truck!

Looks pretty obvious that Ford was charging the dealer for a Sales Program, Radio Program, and Truck Advertisement Program, all company programs to enhance sales for the dealers.

Awesome truck.

The $2 couldn't have been for an actual radio.

Car audio was in it's infancy in 1933. Radios were big, bulky, and extremely expensive!

Not something that would be found in a work truck.

Had to show off your truck to the wife. She LOVES it, as do I!! We read through the replies and I tried to show her the link to the maintenance reminder, but it had sold. Was still able to pull it up for her though.

I gotta ask....did you get that card? Would make an awesome addition to the history of your truck!

...And yes, we need more pics please!

Come to think of it, I still have the original invoice from when my great uncle bought a new Model T Ford in 1915.

FRT&DEL = Freight and Delivery charge
G&O = Gas and Oil charge
AUX SPGS = Auxiliary Springs
