I think some if not all those tractors are in Canada . They have been running ads for a long time.
 
Area code is 306 , where is that. I thought he was saying here on a mountain in Tennessee , never can tell about craig list stuff.

306 is in Saskatchewan Canada. Seems a little odd to be advertised on that CL, but cell phones are portable, Knew a guy here in Minnesota that bought a used phone that had a Georgia number in it's memory and that;s what the Minn. guy used.

I could not see a phone number listed on the ad but 306 is Saskatchewan. 24 pictures of tractors there. That propane powered 4020 looks a bit familiar as I might have seen it in another ad on kijiji a while back. The google map does not show a location but the heading says Raymond, Montana.
