Found it and was wondering who the maker was of this pre-cleaner and what tractors its was for?

That would be hard to say. That style was widely used. Just about every engine maker had their style of cleaner. It sucks air into a u shaped portion. The dirt drops off and the air comes into the engine.Started back in the early engine days. Very old idea.

Donaldson had a similar arrangement. They very common on old caterpillar tractors when they had oil bath air filters.
