Not in Colorado, but if you have time, check out the Forney Museum. By the builder of the Forney Welder, a BigBoy steam locomotive. Dozens of cars, some trucks and motorcycles.

I missed that museum by 1/2 hour. Really wanted to see the Big Boy. The downtown walk around Union Station is pretty neat. I much preferred the Buena Vista area. 5 million less people.
