9n serial number

Will try this again. Joined YT this afternoon. I have owned what I have thought to be a 9n for several years and bought it as a project. Was running at the time I bought it. Its blue in color as opposed to the reported gray, has a Ferguson bucket, and the serial number is what confuses me. It appears to read as N and then a capital 'I' with the numbers 7669 followed by another 'I'. The '9' in the serial number is slanted somewhat different than the first three numbers. Any input would be appreciated.

Hi and welcome! Do you think you can post a
picture of your treasure? From what I've been told
the numbers were stamped individually with a
stamp and hammer which explains why the
numbers are not completely even.

I was used as the #1.b was used as the #6. The # you have posted would make it a 1940 9n.

Great thank you. If you scroll down on the post message section you can click on upload photo than choose file than select a picture from your phone or computer than click upload. Once the picture appears to the right in the box and it may take a few minutes click continue just above the picture. Than click post message to preview your post and the picture should show in the message. You'll need atleast 1 character in the message body section.
