i bought this 41-h about three weeks ago. it has all new tires,. not a speck of rust, and no dents. it had been sitting for years. bad news was it was sized . i finaly got it to turnover.only to find that two of the valves would not move. i started to tare it down, when a friend stoped in. he looked it over and discoverd two of the pushrods were out of place. we corected this, now it turns over great. still have a lot of other probs but looks good for now. just had to tell some one. it will go good with my economy. wally

Have fun, you'll no doubt learn a lot before you get this little jewel running good.....and if a John Deere H isn't running good it's virtually useless because it's a very small tractor and has no extra capability over it's rated power. I had one once and I know.........

Congratulations and have fun with it. At one time I had two of them. I wish i had kept one of them now.

As someone already said, they are small and have no reserve power beyond their rating, at least mine didn't. Even a 5 foot finish mower is a large tax for one if the grass is very tall. I had a mower on one of mine for awhile.
